What to Bring on Safari?  If your safari involves a charter flight, 15kg of luggage  in a soft bag. Otherwise, 20kg in a soft bag.

  1. Sunglasses
  2. Sunhat
  3. Golf shirts and/or T-shirts
  4. One or two long sleeved shirts
  5. Pair of long trousers/slacks
  6. Shorts
  7. Underwear and socks.
  8. Good walking shoes and sandals or a pair of light shoes
  9. Swimming costume
  10. Warm jersey, fleece or jacket (in winter it can be very      cold at night)
  11. Personal toiletries
  12. High factor sun block and lip balm
  13. Wet wipes or wet tissues are always useful
  14. Anti-bacterial gel to wash your hands with
  15. Basic medical/pharmacy kit for personal use  (all      our vehicles contain an emergency first-aid kit)
  16. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend that you bring      along a pair of glasses in case of irritation from dust
  17. Camera equipment and sufficient spare batteries (or a      charger which can plug into a vehicle cigarette lighter)
  18. Dust proof bags for your camera
  19. A small, but powerful flashlight (an additional headlamp is also useful)
  20. Binoculars for game viewing
  21. Cash for  tipping guides, souvenirs etc

Please note that bright colours and white are not advised on safari.
